How will my order be shipped and how long will it take ?

We primarly use FedEx Ground Shipment. But your order may also be delivered by standard FED EX or USPS Ground Service at the discretion of Your order will be filled the same or next day and standard delivery will be 3-7 business days from the time of shipment. You may receive multiple packages per order.

I don't live in the United States, can I place a order for shipment?

We do not ship Internationally.

Ship to more than one address?

We can not ship to multiple addresses. Everything in a single order must be shipped to the same address. If you want items shipped to separate addresses (as gifts, for example), you'll need to place a separate order for each address.

Can I change or add to my order after it has been submitted?

We begin processing your order as soon as you submit it. Once your order has been submitted we are unable to make any changes to the order. Carefully review your order before clicking on the final checkout button. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Will I receive an order confirmation by email?

We will email you an order receipt after you submit your order. Plus, we will send you email updates as your order gets shipped. If you are not receiving our emails, it was either accidentally typed at check out or misplaced in your spam filter. Please check any spam filters you have in place first and then feel free to email or call us.

How do I get a tracking number?

All available tracking numbers for your order will be posted on the order status page.



Your satisfaction is our primary goal but in the event you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return the item for the purchase price within 30 days of shipping a Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required. There will be a 25% restocking fee when items are returned after the 30 day period, proper authorization is required. All returned items must be in the original package unused with tags still on them. Shipping charges are not refundable. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges after 90 days or on clearance/discontinued product. If you have received a product that you feel is defective, or items ordered in error please contact us for a RMA and return instructions at or call 770-787-0993. Certain warranties require that the product be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement.

Please note a $25 fee (per package) will be assessed for all refused shipments. In addition, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges assessed by the courier. Shipping costs are not refundable on refused or unclaimed shipments.

Please note a $10 fee (per package) will be assessed for all shipments that are re-routed or returned to MAS-TER by the carrier. This fee is separate from the re-shipping fee, which is required before packages can be re-shipped.
