Refund policy

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order. we’re here to help! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • We do not accept returns on custom, made-to-order items or items that have been installed or used. Returned parts must be in resalable condition. If there is any shipping damage or damage to the product we will not issue a refund.
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Electrical parts, pumps, motors, transmissions, special order items and non-stock items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging if applicable.
  • Gift cards and downloadable products are exempt from being returned.

Returns, except those due to our error, will receive a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers order administration, original packaging cost, inspection, testing, disassembly, restocking and handling and is non-negotiable.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs of your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

You can request a return for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. No Refunds or Exchanges for damaged or used parts.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, inspected, and if approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, you will also receive a notification.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@masterlandscapesupply.com.

Refused Packages 

Refusal of an order delivery will result in the customer paying a 25% restocking fee and return freight for the order which will be determined by the freight company once the order has been returned to the warehouse.

CONTACT US. If something isn’t right with the package / order, we may be able to help you, and it will be faster than the time it takes to process a ‘refused package’ back into our warehouse. So please weigh your options before refusing a package. Remember, If you refuse a package in the US, please know that you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Once the collectible is back in warehouse, we will refund you -less any applicable return shipping charges and non-refundable deposits.

Cancellation & Order Changes

Once an order has been placed on our site, the information is sent to our warehouse to begin the packing and shipping process. Once this process has begun, your order is one of many being worked on, and locating it to make a change is often similar to finding a needle in a haystack. This means we are unable to complete these requests, and we're very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
