Shipping policy

Our delivery estimates are based on when the product ships, not when the product is ordered. Almost all items we sell are normally in stock and ship in the order they were received. Occasionally, due to high demand, items could go out of stock. We do our best to update our site when this occurs. Should this occur and we know it will be more than 3-4 days to ship we will contact you via email. If it makes since due to the order we will also split ship product to get it to you as fast as possible. 

Shipment processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Currently we only ship inside the United States of America.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Standard Ground Shipping

Standard Ground Shipping is offered and calculated based on weight or dimensional weight.  Weight based rates enable the best option when purchasing without paying elevated Free Shipping fees for individual items.  Savings with this option allows the purchase of multiple items using a live calculated discounted rate via UPS, FedEx or USPS tables.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.  We reach most of our customers inside 2-4 business days once your order has been picked up by the carrier.

Proposition 65 Notice - California Residents Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. These chemicals can be in the products that Californians purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment. By requiring that this information be provided, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals. Learn more here.

Pickup

Store Pickup and Curbside Pickup is available at our Brick Store Location during checkout where you can avoid shipping and scheduled delivery charges — and you may be able to get your order faster.

Here's how it works:

• During checkout, choose Store Pickup
• We'll show you an estimated pickup date
• Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" email or message (this is a separate email from your order confirmation)
• Bring your ID, credit card and order number to the store and pick up your items
• We'll hold your items at the store for 5 days.
• If you can’t pick up your order within 5 days and you don’t want it to be canceled, Contact Us.

At the store:
We have parking spaces right up front.
Inside, at the front of the store, ask a customer service associate just inside the door to point you in the right direction.

Local Delivery (Minimum Order $200)

Local Delivery is offered and calculated based on local zip codes round our brick store location. Savings with this option allows the purchase of Bulk items along with additional items using our fleet of delivery vehicles otherwise not available via UPS, FedEx or USPS tables. A minimal order is required to enable this option at checkout. 

Local Delivery items arrive via our single axle trucks, driveway or curb only delivery. We do not recommend mixing loose goods such as mulch, sand, gravel, etc. due to contamination. These should be ordered separately. We do not offer an unloader option.
